Vote Description

Andover Rep. Jim Lyons put forward an amendment to the Public Records Reform Bill which would have subjected the legislature to the public records law. It was ruled out of scope by the Speaker. This was a vote to overturn the ruling and allow a vote on Representative Lyons' amendment.
